Demotions/Firing Policy
It isn't nice, but it is required. Demotion and firing are essential to the Union Aerospace Corporation as it is a way to deal with bad behaving staff and those who just don't want to follow the rules.
Who can demote/fire who?
You can demote anyone who is two divisions below you but you must have a reasonable excuse. You cannot simply just demote someone because you don't like them or you could be facing a demotion too. You can only fire someone who is four divisions below you but you must have approval from a Senator or above.

- Call them to be F&C.
- State why they are getting demoted.
- State what rank they are getting demoted to.
- When they have finished, tell them to not continue with what got them demoted and get them to be 'AE'.

Note: If they do not listen, make sure that a badge admin has removed his badges and kicks the member. - State why they are getting fired
- Request a kick from a Rights Holder.
- Alert the front desk staff not to let them back in.
