Promotion Policy

Promotions are a vital aspect of Habbo agencies as it rewards a worker with positive reinforcement. It is also a gateway to receiving higher roles and gaining more responsibility inside of the Seven Circles Empire

How can someone receive a promotion?

Anyone can receive a promotion if they are:
  • Filling the front
  • Advertising 7CE
  • Working at Security
  • Training Recruits
  • Supervising Base
  • Working at Help Desk
There are also many more ways to earn promotions other than these five.
You should not promote someone if they are trying to blackmail you for it or if they are asking for a promotion. Asking for a promotion is against 7CE Policies and should immediately be reported to a higher rank.

Who can promote who?

  • Trainers+ can promote people from 'Recruit' to 'Clerk I' by training them. They cannot promote anyone else.
  • High Rank+ can promote anyone that is in a lower division than themselves. However, HR+ cannot promote someone into their own division. i.e. a High Rank cannot promoter another High Rank.
  • Sixth Circle Members can promote up to the last rank in Top Management
  • Founder's Cabinet can promote anyone up to the Seventh Circle rank of: 'Board Ambassador'
  • Divisional HR+, Internal Affairs and Head of Departments can only be promoted by Empire Senators+

How long should someone work to earn a promotion?

  • Standards should work 10 minutes at the front in order to receive a promotion.
  • Advertisers should gain 1 recruit whilst advertising and 30 minutes whilst sitting at the front to receive a promotion.
  • Training and Security members should work 30 minutes in their respective areas order to receive a promotion.
    If they are at the front, they should receive a promotion every 60 minutes.
  • High Ranks and above should work 2 to 4 hours in order to receive a promotion depending on their rank. LIMIT: 2 maximum per day.
NOTE: Members in the Sixth Circle and above will have to work longer in order to gain a promotion.

How to conduct a promotion

  1. Be smart about who you are promoting. Make sure that they have worked for the times listed above. If you are unsure on when they were promoted, check the promotion logs on the forum or ask their previous promoter.
  2. When you are ready, call the person to be 'F&C' (Front and Centre)
  3. Ask them for when they were last promoted. 
    Note: If you know when it was and they lie to you completely, warn them about doing so.
  4. State why you are promoting them.
    'You have been working to an exceptional standard and I feel that you deserve a promotion!'
  5. State what rank you are promoting them to.
  6. Whisper them their new motto and make sure they remember your name for Security
  7. Tell them to be 'AE' (At Ease)
