Meeting Room Policy
Meetings and communication are the cornerstone to a successful agency and due to it's importance, activities inside of the meeting room must be organised as well as be represented with exceptional behaviour whilst in the meeting room.
Who can host meetings?
Meetings are to be hosted by those and only those in the Sixth Circle or above. The only member in this rank tier who CANNOT host a meeting are those that are the rank 'Trial Senator'. Those who wish to Co-Host a meeting can be Trial Senator+.
Behaviour in the Meeting Room
In the meeting room, unless asked, only the Host, Co-Host and Foundation members shall speak, however out of respect they must wait till someone has finished speaking first (if applicable). If you would like to speak and contribute, please wave by typing in o/ on the keyboard. Only wave once, if you aren't acknowledged for a minute, please wave again. If you are seen spam waving, you will be warned. If you are warned multiple times, you will be kicked from the meeting room.
Rules will be in place depending on your rank, if you are HR then you’ll receive a max of 3 warnings, if you are TM you’ll receive a maximum of 2 warnings, if you are SM+ you will only receive 1 warning. Professionalism is extremely important within a meeting and failure to show respect and professionalism will not be tolerated. Whispering to each other during the meeting is no longer allowed, due to a previous meeting where several members were being utterly disrespectful and rude by whispering to each other, if you are seen whispering during the meeting you will be automatically kicked. If you receive 3 kicks from a meeting due to not following the rules be that via the warning system and/or the kick for whispering you will be given a trial for Demotion. If further unprofessionalism is seen and you get kicked 1 more time then you’ll be given a trial for Firing (Senate+ will oversee the trial).
If you wish to stay awake and not idle, please do not wave or type in space and enter. Type in _b on the keyboard to make your Habbo thumbs up.
How should I organise my meeting?
Your meeting must be known by possible attendants at least one week in advance. You must also post your meeting announcement on the forums as well as tell those who have to attend in base. Your meeting must not be at the same time as another meeting as that is just poor organising.
