For someone to be able to transfer they need to meet the following criteria:

Once you have established someones eligibility, you need to decide what rank they will receive. Ask them to give you the link to their agency website and look at their rank list. Many agencies have similar rank systems so it shouldn't be to difficult to work out the equivalent rank in 7CE. If there is no rank list speak to the person transferring and ask what their responsibilities were.
NOTE: take into consideration the time the user has spent at their current agency, if they have only been there for a short time, a lower rank would be appropriate. Once you know what rank they will receive, ask them to request the correct badges, leave their old agency & give them the right motto. Using the pennant room can be useful way to give badges to people, ask Zaltais or Lagose to gain access to this room. Once they have accepted the transfer you must post the information on the forum, failing to do so could mean removal from the TT. |

Once someone has been transferred, you will need to train them. If they are going into security, advertising or training only use the relevant training script, not the transfer script. The training script can be found here.

Once every stage has been completed pass the new member in 7CE to another member so they can show them the other rooms and answer any questions they may have.
